🌍 Last month, Orla wrapped up her incredible International traineeship with Omladinska organizacija Svitac in Bosnia and Herzegovina! 📚 Orla's final month was particularly eventful as she prepared for the summer camps. Being a native English speaker, Orla took on the responsibility of planning activities for the language camp, which allowed her to put her TEFL training to good use by creating engaging games and tasks for the children. After completing the first day of the camps—though busy and stressful—she's eagerly anticipating the rest of the week.🗣️ Orla continued her advanced English workshops, exploring satirical techniques, the UK music industry, and the history of superstitions. These workshops were among the highlights of her time in Brcko, and she will miss the enthusiasm of choosing and researching new topics each week as well as the wonderful participants.🚵‍♀️ On the social side, Orla made the most of her remaining time with the young people she had come to know over the past six months. She enjoyed cycling to a neighboring village with fellow volunteers to share a homemade meal and went on numerous coffee outings.🎯 Reflecting on her journey, Orla is proud of how much she has learned.
