RESOLVE: Network Conference

To date, the RESOLVE: Network has organised a series of programmes and conferences between 2018 and 2023, including over 18 youth mobility, dialogue, international volunteering and social action projects. The 18 RESOLVE projects provided opportunities for over 1000 young people to develop their peacebuilding and reconciliation skills, as well as opportunities to learn about other cultures and peer young people through 27 events in 25 different countries, as well as over 40 peacebuilding volunteering placements in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Israel and Egypt.

On 10th December 2020, Asfar launched our first international Conference, digitally, to mark UN75. The conference involved over 140 delegates from 50 different countries. The conference can be watched on our YouTube channel

In 2021 and 2022, as part of our Erasmus+ dialogue work, Asfar delivered 3 further conference events in Budapest, Hungary, Nicosia, Cyprus, and London, UK. The RESOLVE: Network also ran additional dialogue events in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2021, as part of our wider conference style work.

The RESOLVE: Network led by Asfar and in partnership with Debate for Peace intends to organise our next ‘in-person’ conference in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina in September 20204.
