Women Economic Empowerment
Asfar is a committed advocate for Women Economic Empowerment in the Middle East and North Africa, as well as our other regions, while also promoting volunteering opportunities for young women.
It is vital for women to be given the economic opportunities they deserve.
Asfar, currently delivers a series of Gender Equity and Women Economic Empowerment programmes, including Women-led Social Entrepreneurship programmes, to ensure women, as well as non-binary groups have access to educational and learning opportunities.
Examples of our current women economic empowerment programmes include:
- Erasmus+ RESOLVE: Equity youth exchange project
- Erasmus+ Learn Abroad to do Better at home for Gender Equity strategic partnership.
- Developing Inclusive Creative Enterprise’s Social Enterprise Development Accelerator project
