ESC RESOLVE: Volunteering 4 Peace – Join us in making a difference!
Are you passionate about making a difference in the world? Join us in the ESC RESOLVE: Volunteering 4 Peace project in Brčko, Bosnia and Herzegovina! This incredible opportunity allows you to contribute to youth empowerment and conflict resolution while experiencing personal growth and cultural exchange.
RESOLVE: Volunteering for Peace in Brčko, Bosnia and Herzegovina from June 2023 for 6 months or September and November for 2 months.
Volunteer Responsibilities
As a volunteer with ESC RESOLVE: Volunteering 4 Peace, you will have the chance to engage in various meaningful activities:
- Cultural and Art Diversity: Engage with children through creative, verbal, and non-formal activities organized by local Svitac staff. Your presence and assistance will make these activities truly impactful.
- Language Workshops: Facilitate informal language workshops for teenagers and young adults, promoting language learning and fostering intercultural understanding.
- Art and Music Support: Assist in art and music lessons, organize games, sports activities, storytelling sessions, and cartoon/movie workshops for children. Additionally, you can participate in music and reading workshops.
- Additional Programs: Take the initiative to propose and implement additional programs that align with the project’s objectives and have a positive impact on the local community.
Fully Funded Volunteer Placements
We are committed to providing a supportive environment for our volunteers. The fully funded volunteer placements include:
- Accommodation: A comfortable place to stay during your volunteering period.
- Travel Grant: Financial support for your travel expenses. /275 EUR/
- Bills: Coverage of necessary bills.
- Subsistence Payment: Assistance with daily expenses. /80 EUR per month/
- Monthly “Pocket Money”: A small stipend to support your needs. /90 EUR per month/
- Language Learning Budget: Allocation for language learning resources.
