In the Erasmus+ ‘Learn Abroad to do Better at home for Gender Equality’ strategic partnership project, partners from six European countries (Hungary, Denmark, Italy, UK, Romania and Spain) will work together, share methodologies and best practices on how they can effectively contribute to gender equality and the women’s empowerment agenda in Europe.

1st October 2020 - 31st May 2023

Partners believe that gender equality is fundamental to delivering on the promises of sustainability, peace and human progress as it is framed in the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Agenda 2030.

During the 32 month long project period, 4 participatory visits and 1 international training course will provide opportunities to learn about gender concepts and develop knowledge, skills and wider competencies to promote social development and enhance entrepreneurial performance of girls and women.

During the online kick-off meeting in October 2020, partners agreed to support mainstreaming gender equality by creating a Policy Commitment Position Paper and a Methodological Guideline, while building local networks to promote gender equality and equity.
