It’s been an incredible adventure here at MIHI in Egypt as part of the International Traineeship project.
I’ve had the opportunity to immerse myself in the organization’s ethos and witness firsthand the amazing work they’re doing within the local community. During my time in Egypt I also had the privilege of hosting a workshop on community tourism, engaging with young people and industry stakeholders. Additionally, I have been taking Arabic language lessons which allowed me to better connect with the local culture.
The traineeship has broadened my perspective and taught me invaluable lessons about working in an international context. Thank you, Asfar and MIHI, for this incredible opportunity, and thanks to everyone who has supported me on this journey.
