Finding inspiration in every corner of London

From the 22nd to the 28th of May I got an opportunity to participate in the Erasmus+ youth exchange “Entrepreneurial Competence Matrix”, which was held in London.

The program consisted of indoor and outdoor activities, where we through different tasks could exchange our opinions, develop creative solutions and get to know each participant better. Topics that were covered are entrepreneurial competencies, the difference between entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship, and developing a business model. Also, we had an inspiring session with Alex Sergent, an entrepreneur who gave us some insights and tips on the business world. Previously I mentioned outdoor activities, one of them was to discover several social enterprises in London and document them in a form of a video, and the bonus of these outdoor activities was a chance to explore the city even more.

I am really glad that this youth exchange helped us to boost some of our skills, such as creativity, problem-solving, teamwork and networking. I am sure that being surrounded by the cinematic city of London, made us more innovative because it enables us to find inspiration in every corner, museum, building or bus, and multiculturality and open-mindedness are something that makes this place harmonious.
